Day6 Op8

Hi out there- I'm on day 6 Op8 withdrawals from IV hydromorphone 4mg 4x per day- I feel like dirt still- nausea- terrible cold chills/THE WORST! - can't sleep even with 4mg Xanax and 2.0mg Triazolam if needed. Also trying Gabapentin 300mg to help with withdrawals- throw in Ibuprofen- I feel like death and its day 6. Was using hydromorphone for 3 ruptured discs in lower back- I'm 2yrs post-op spinal decompression/ lumbar lamenectomy- Leftover lower back osteoarthritis so still stiff and in pain everyday- I want to be op8 free- but idk if I can get thru this detox- I ran out of hydromorphone around 8/20-- almost a week ago.

Any advice welcome . Please and thank you ?

Also just today, doc prescribed me 10mg Librium 3x per day.. So far no relief with all this stuff
