Heroin day after heroin

so about 3 pm yesterday i started snorting a bag in a half of high class dope most likly cut with xanex these bags where like .2s really hooked up so here on the train one bag go i go try get some lsd but got burned but now its the day after wellabout 8 hours since i did alot at the time i was just nodding hard felt good i used atottal of 3 bags butnow day after im shaking sweating head is banging hard to walk everythings spining puking i just feellike tottal shit now that i woke up i ate n just throw it all up what is this what do i do>? im highly considering ending my life
 
Are you physically dependant on opiates? Are these withdrawls you're experiencing or do you fear some sort of toxicity?

I really don't know what's happening to you. Maybe you had a nonfatal overdose? I've heard you can have bad headaches and feel ill after the brain has experienced lowered oxygen levels due to heavy, near overdose levels of opiates. Overdose is still possible even if you're not shooting.

I hope somebody with more experience will post. All I can say is go to the hospital or call 911.
 
1) 100% guarantee your heroin was not cut with xanax or any other benzo. ( or any active drug for that matter )

2) what your experiacning happens to alot of people when they first start using opiates. Its called an opiate hangover. You probablly did a little to much also. The hangover will stop after the first 4-5 times you get rocked off opiates.

I think morphine based opiates are the ones that give the "worst" hangovers. Even tho an opiate hangover isnt shit compared to an alcohol hangover.

You ODed. Not a fatal OD but you took way too much. The symptoms you describe are what happens when you do too much heroin without a tolerance.
 
Please do not kill yourself man, if you need some support I would encourage you to visit The Dark Side.

The chances of your heroin being cut with alprazolam are pretty much zero, you probably just took too much heroin mate.

What's your route of administration?
 
yeah man don't kill yourself not worth it you'll be fine within time, give yourself some time to heal up. your explaining one of the things i really hate about opiates, every time i nod hard i get terribly sick the next day. iv also used heroin many times and for consecutive days always gives me the hangover no matter what, im also pretty healthy its just what opiates do to me.

i was also thinking the chances of xanax being in there are really slim idk who'd waste xanax like that. that'd also be a good way to straight up kill someone.
 
If you react to minor opiate w/d with suicidal thoughts then perhaps cease all use of opiates. The age old adage stands, "If you cant stand the heat stay out of the kitchen".
 
and one more thing what do u guys mean by saying xanex with dope would kill u because i have taken 4 mg xanex with a bag of d before
 
It's just a very dangerous combination that's likely to cause sever respiratory depression unless the person doing it has a high tolerance to both opiates and benzos.

And even if they do, it's not a safe or advised combo, just to be clear.

Exactly. It's not a combination that's certain to kill you 100% of the time... but it is a mixture of two CNS depressants that causes overdose much much more easily. A large portion of fatal and non fatal heroin/opiate overdoses that have occurred..have happened because another benzo like Xanax was taken at the same time. It's dangerous.
