day...4?

So I still cant sleep. in the past 4 days ive slept about 14 hours...not consecutively...
Very angry about this...good thing I'm not old...Might have had a nervous break down by now... So seroquel was something we got in detox to help us sleep... and my g-ma has a script for it... but i feel guilty (this is a new feeling to have to deal with...) stealin' her pills... and in turn have not had an ounce of shut eye... oh the perils of drug detox...haha
Its amazing to think that just 4 days Ago i was passed out in the bathroom with a fucking needle in my arm...and here I sit, wired on suboxone and not really minding...
I'd like to write a letter to the philip morris company, thanking them for cigarettes...I'm sure they'd appreciate it...beats the hell out of opening hate mail filled with pictures of dying babies...: /

 

Heh, I had a good laugh at that. The thank you letter bit, not the strung out bit. What non-pharmaceutical methods have you used to help sleep? Self-hypnosis and deep relaxation/meditation works well for me. Oh, and keeping good sleep hygiene: going to bed at the same time every day, using your bed (and even better your bedroom) just for sleeping, not eating for a few hours before going to bed, and so on.

 

Day 4..I like to call that the "hump"....like you're battling uphill, and you've almost reached the top...make it to day 5 and the worst is over(fer me it's aways been like that)...I just wanna say one small thing about addcition...they say...that Relapse doesn't begin when you start actually using drugs. It begins way before that part. If u start forumlating ways to score and use: thats the beging of a relpase. Why did I give u this retarded bit of information??...(lol)..cuz. When I start to do that thing to myself
I know it's a *warning*.......and I put a stop to it cuz I don't wanna relapse.
Justhope......even though it's drag...remember every single day now..this bullshit pain and mental agony yer going through....remember all that shit.
For 2 reasons.
So u can feel proud of yerself cuz it is fucking hard..(normies don't have a clue how tough it is for junkies)
and..if you feel a relapse coming on, harken back to these dayz and remember all the hard work yer putting in, how you are fighting right now.ciao fer now.........................................

a spybot is completely different than what I am referring to.

I'm speaking of an automated script (similar to what head hunters use for scanning resumes). In the head hunter example, the software scans resumes for keywords relevant to the job description. When a keyword is found in the resume, it is filtered into another file for further examination.

Some porn sites use a bot to send out emails that are along the lines of 'hey! click here to see me naked' (I'm assuming that is what this person is but, then again, someone would have needed to actually create an account first
