Today will be day 1 for me and my gf to be off oxy's - we tried it in the past several times, but the only source to get sub's from is intermittent at best, and is the same guy i get my oxy's from. We were doing 1-2 30mg's a day, to the last week we've slowed down to around 1/2-1 a day. We've been doing this for at least 3 years. I've tried my google-fu to find some suboxone clinics, but most of them just come up as regular doctors and i need something that is free or low cost - as i have very little money, no insurance, and not on Medicaid. What is the best solution to finding a suboxone clinic?

If your in the US you should go to the gov health care websight and see if you qualify for free health care. You most likely will.
