ay everyone, just this morning i scored a bottle of 100 mg darvocets( a Rx opiate with vicoden like effects but potency more similar to codeine)... i took 2 this morning and smoked a little hash after taking them and it was fucking great, so i was just wondering if anyone else has tried these.

Oh ya also the darvocets also expired many years ago but where kept in a air tight container in a dark, non-moist place.

Is there any way that maybe they could have potentated over time or something cuz im tellin you i was flyin sky high earlierand i know its not that strong of an opiate.

No pills lose potency except some antibiotics. I've taken 19 year old Percodan before and it still hit me just like an oxy would. Darvocets are pretty week and can be dangerous in higher doses.

i know that they arent a very potent opiate... but ive done hydro, oxy plenty of times , morphine and tar once so i have some experience with opiates and trust me this was a pretty good high.

Is it possible that the age someway potenated them? Or could the THC from the hash i smoked have?

Smoking weed changes the opiate experience, IMO.
Most people would say it potentiates opiates quite well.

Time can only make your opiates less potent, not more.

Yeah from what I understand opiates loose potency over time in not stored correctly, so an increase in potency is probably unlikely. Smoking weed does seem to make your high better IMO, so that could be it. Darvocets are very weak, so you getting high may be a result of a low tolerance(which is not a bad thing). Either way its a win situation.

One thing I should say is taking too much darvocet can be dangerous, as there is a ridiculous 650 mg of APAP in each pill. Also, Dextropropoxyphene is not very soluble in water, either, so a CWE wont be effective.

my Dad died from basiclly being a script opiate junkie so I try to be a responsible as I can with drugs in paticular opiates, so that pretty much keeps my tolerence in check.

Is it possible for someone for someone to not be able to develope a tolerence to opiates, because I have plenty of experience with them and I have never really had much of a tolerence. there was a week straight where I did oxy everyday, and I never seemed to devlope a tolerence ( but I was kind of a bitch to stop). By the way when I did that week straight was was doing 40 mg everyday so there was no change in dose

I think it is possible but probably nothing short of a miracle. If you think you are incapable of developing tolerance, talk to a research group. You may be the next step in evolution :)

Buddy gave me a bottle of these about a year ago when he had some mouth surgery, he preferred weed. I took some and felt a bit relaxed, then had major nausea I hadn't even gotten with 50mg of hydrocodone. Ended up tossing them because nobody else wanted them, lol.

I've done 2+ months straight of vicodin or percocet and not become addicted, has to do a lot with genetics, some people can go for ages without developing an addiction or withdrawal when they come off. Of course this factor means less when you're, say, shooting up H. I'd just stay away from Darvocet, it's not worth it if you have other options.

I went a year getting high off of 4 or 5 vicodin, and then one day....... Bam! I became "bulletproof" to them, and oxys were needed for a high.
