darvocet compared to perks or vics?

how would you compare them?

Darvocet ( propoxyphene ) is related in structure to methadone, but only has a potency 2/3 equal to that of codeine. ( from the PDR )
Lortab (hydrocodone) is a hydrogenated ketone of codeine and atleast twice as potent as codeine.
Which would i choose? Lortab for sure, Darvon has a nasty habit of giving people cardiac arrythmias in high doses.

Yes, 30mg of Vicodine is equivalent to 180mg codeine orally.

I prefer hydrocodone, as do most people, but I know one little pharmaceutical junkie who prefers Darvocets...

Propoxyphene = good for withdrawal, not good for a high.... comparing it to oxycodone? Thats like comparing apples to, well, oxycodone!
