Yeah its nothing special bud. I have a tolerance because of sub, but like 2mg a day. So that surely takes off the edge but I also don't do a ton per bump. But I haven't had any cortisol rush scares from it. No waking up outta nowhere worried from realizing I passed out. It's not terrible and it gets the job done but it's nothing major.

Yup. You think I'll be alright if I cut the subs last dose Wednesday? Ima make sure I only use like 1 MG per day fmup to Wednesday. Tomorrow I'll do a 4mg and then follow up with 1mg until Wednesday. Hoping 48 hours will be enough to allow the pain meds to work after the procedure.

When is your surgery? I always need like 48 hours to like 72. If your in the of 48 to 72 you should be good I would imagine. I can't give real legit medical advice though. I was doing an 8 twice a day and would stop on like early Wednesday or Tuesday night and shoot dope on Friday and Saturday be start over on Monday.
I would say two to three days your good but I'm like an idiot. Play it as safe as you can lol.

They don’t give any take home opioids for surgeries anymore anyways so it doesn’t matter if you’re on subs
Always stockpile your own heroin or fentanyl or whatever before surgery. In fact I feel everyone even non drug users should have legitimate opioids in a first aid kit; even if you sustain visibly severe trauma you will be under medicated at the hospital so I don’t leave that to the medical system at all anymore.
They can’t be trusted to address pain.
If you have an accident like a leg break or something that isn’t going to kill you. You stop at a drug dealer before the hospital if you don’t want to be suffering like a dog that needs to be put down
Surgery is Friday at like 10 am. So I'll probably take my last sub dose Wednesday and hope I don't feel like complete ass going Thursday and Friday without it. I hate myself for being such a piece of shit man like I just had to get high. I had something happen that messed me up and planned to only use it one day but of course that never works. Hopefully if I take my last dose Wednesday morning that will allow for 48 hours and enough to be alright.
I probably got enough to help my pain for a couple days. My biggest fear was being shot up at the hospital and they give me nothing good acterwards and I STILL have to wait 24 hours to re-sub or I'll go into precipitated withdrawal. So I'll probably do some bumps for the first day or two after surgery and then get on subs on like day 3. Stresses me out hard tho this process.

Don’t quote me on this and ask other but back when I used to use subs I seem to remember there being no precipitated withdrawals if I was on subs; did a full agonist like dilaided with subs still in my system; then redosed subs the next day without waiting to go into flow blown withdrawl (which would’ve taken forever because the sub was still in my system).
I think the biggest risk is when you’ve been off of subs for several days; while taking a full agonist ; then you dose subs - not when you have both in your system at the same time
Well it's got a 36 hour half life. I've heard this too. You can at the very least re dose subs sooner if you've been on it regularly and it's build up in system. But I was on 1 MG a day for a long time so I'm not sure I have much in my system as my last dose was Monday. So it's probably mostly gone. Guessing I'll need at least 16 hours before I can sub tomorrow. Will have to wait till I start getting the sweats

And they knew I was on subs for "addiction".
They were actually gonna give me hydrocodone, but I asked for tramadol instead, since I like tramadol more & it lasts longer. And they obliged.
Only gave me 15 tramadol, which is like maybe 3 days worth for me, but I was surprised they gave me anything at all. And my pain levels from the wisdom teeth extraction wasn't even that bad. I've had worse pain after getting a filling done.

Acetic acid is a hydrolysis product of some fentanyl analogues. It's also possible that what you are smelling is propanoic acid, a hydrolysis product of fentanyl proper (and some analogues).
I've read a couple of papers in which the cost of a single dose of fentanyl (100-400 mcg) is stated as being $2 or less. But how many 'doses' is a dose for regulars? How many times a day does someone need to dose?
That is an utterly different market to H where those same sources suggest it would cost $20. Again, no idea how much a 'dose' would be in the US.
In the UK £10 will buy around 50mg of H or, rather, a point (0.1g) but friends in HR tell me that H is now regularly 50% pure at street level. Users need two or three just to stay well.
Again, medical opioids seem to fetch an even greater price. So do wealthy opioid users stick to pharmaceuticals?
I've had dark grey H within the past 4 months in the ATL. I've gotten both rock and powder. Powder sucked, but the rock had a vinegar smell and was pretty good. Test strip came back + for H and no fent, but drug screen came back as fent. Of course, that's a screen at a methadone clinic, and I don't fully trust them. I test my H and it always tests + for H and - for fent, yet the drug screen always comes back as fent. My guy says that his connect doesn't mess with it if it has fent in it. I've had to wait a week or so because his re-up tested + for fent, and he didn't get it. Who knows, though.
