Harm Reduction Dangers of chronic high dose phenibut and PEA?

Taking 10+ grams of phenibut and 5+ grams of PEA daily, I have a feeling this may not be healthy but I have yet to find any convincing evidence.

The first time I got high like it was a narcotic, felt doped up and my skin was really tingly, but also made my skin turn red which was odd. Now it just makes music sound better/ mild buzz. I hear it doesn't work great for everyone though.

All at once first thing in the morning, it takes a few hours to really hit you so I'll take it if I wake up to piss then sleep and be feeling good when I wake up. If I bump up the dose considerably ill be laughing for no reason and having blurred vision, go to work fucked up and still pass a drug test.
I know about the dependence but I've yet to experience it as my supply hasn't run out.
