Dancing between styles. How do find yourself?

rhythmatic movements in unison with others prolong an act of sensation with no limits or boundaries >

dancin is just movement to music. so in other words if ya can move to sound u are dancing. if ya quit thinking about how does this look and just do it probably looks good. note i did say probably heheh. as said above dance however the fuck ya want, which i tend to agree with. just my opinion. A lot of people tho concentrate heaps on dancing well and try to dance there best and wanna dance good to different styles of music. and i respect that and think it is good.

You dont dance to drum and bass.. you stand still, the vibrating floor should move you around.
Drum and bass should be used for torture on POW's. Im sure it will fuk their heads up SO much they will tell all.
Drum and Bass... pffffffT.
If any of you know me, you know I don't flame other music genre's that people like, whether I like that style or not. But Drum and Bass makes me.... real angry...

you know what they say... dance like nobodys watching...
ask yourself - can you really really dance to my beat... to my beat... to my beat... to my beat

If you don't have a permanent physio appointment each week then your not dancing hard enough. Dancing the eternal struggle to turn ones legs, ankles and feet into dust.

Huh,...What,...Who,....Dude I can't here a fucken word your saying.

I find the main prob I have with dancing to DnB is that it's got an underlying fast breakbeat, with a slow overlay. Have been to a few DnB clubs in London, and they kinda lurch all over the place. Feet firmly planted on the ground, and these crazy knee lunges going on. Looks way cool though.
I find breakbeat the easiest to dance to (Melbourne shuffle-wise) 'cos it's constantly changing, yet you can predict when a sample, scratching, etc. will be thrown in and you can time your spin, whatever to match it.
When it's just 4 on the floor, it can get a bit tedious.

you wanna dance to dnb?
go to a party where techstep [not tekstep] is being played, if your not acclimatised to 2step by the end of the night you aint ever gonna geddit.
The 2 danceable elements in dnb are the beat and the groove, you have to dance to both otherwise you are always gonna end up stopping in the dancefloor absolutely lost. Essentially its a rhythm thang, either you honkies got it, or you dont [look at mikeysammy, da bitch can jive]. Dancing to squarepusher however is a diffrent story
