Dance Floor Etiquette

I find clapping to be one of the most excruciatingly painful efforts that occurs during a set.. at 2Tribes I had the misfortune to decide to sit infront of someone who periodically clapped loudly away to the beat of the music. I just find that to be rather painful noise.

I dunno if its my bad luck or what but I always seem to end up dancing in the area that everyone else in the place has chosen as their thoroughfare to get from one side of the floor to the other.. tho people walking past me isnt so bad.. its the 5people chained together in a line who ALL stand on or kick my bag which frustrates me.

Buuut you get that, you're gonna have inconsiderate and stupid people everywhere you go, theres no point quitting anything coz of it in my opinion.

i repeat...there is plenty of room to dance at a doof!! :D

serioulsly go to one and u will not want 2 party inside ever again...i have only been to a few clubs since i discovered doofs and they have only been cos of mates bdays or mates putting on parties etc...

winter is gonna suck so much this yr *cries* cos its gonna be too cold to stomp in the forest *pout*

My personal annoyances are people that keep stepping on your foot, people that like to push and shove (however i'm allowed to push and shove that's ok), and idiots that can't fucking not spill their drink.

However I get more annoyed with whistles and dummies..:X
 
Yeh why the fuck is that???...

Every time in on the floor, i always seem to fidn the spot where everyone wants to walk through....i mean..im a pretty nice guy and all, but after a while....u just wanna kick sum heads in!

Driving, hours to a nice cold place! brrrrrrrrr

Dance like no one is watching.

They're having a million times more fun dancing the way they want to than you are getting uptight about everything.

Fair enough respect someones space, but never make fun of someone who dances differently just because they're truely enjoying the music.

And I concur with doofqueen, who needs a freakin roof!

The cold isn't bad, it just keeps away the people who don't want to make an effort for their entertainment (the kind of people who complain about the way people dance).

in clubs and at parties i always find my special little dance floor like at TT! overlooking the crowd from the top of the stands in vodafone, dancin like noone was watchin, just takin in the view=D i had plenty of space up there;)

I've been to a doof, when I didn't really know what a doof was... getting there was easy AND fun! Parking was a bitch though

I don't see, what the effort, lies with clubbing! Help me seeeee teh light!
 
i dont know if i've interpretted what u said wrong (which is quite possible when it comes to me ) 8( but are u asking where the effort is in going clubbing? 8) cos my answer to that is that there really isnt much effort....just that doofs are 100% better and they are worth the effort ;)

You people in NSW are spoilt. Shit, I'd move there if I was not going overseas for quite a while soon. I mean just look at the event list for SA, and you see that it's as bare as the Sahara desert.

Woohoo however, since we do have an event being held this weekend, here in Adelaide. I'll be there.

and yeah, thats what I was asking. I jumped the gun earlier, and thought you, thought that there was lots of effort to going clubbing !

How much do you bring out?

Regular exercise of the physical body (3-4 times a week of at least 60 min of moderate to heavy pace, combined with thorough stretching- regular Hatha Yoga may prepare you completely for any physical activity -brilliant)
You'll find when the physical body is well prepared,then the Spirit then has the abilty to download the Brilliant Master/Mistress Pieces of Movement that are of profound showing and of awesomeness.(That's just for starters)(We already have The Melbourne Shuffle downloaded into certain levels of group conciousness grids and we are have fun adding extras to the choreography;come join!)
