Hey guys so I have one more reup and by the way I feel now I am done. What would be a good plan to get off this shit. I'm at work now feeling like shit, sweating in a 71 degree room wanting to jump out the window, and have crazy body aches. I feel bad for people who had it worse then me.

I usually take 5-6 10s loratab everyday sometimes twice a day with a 10 hour gap. Right now I have one sub and 6 trams. My reup isn't for another 6 days so it's going to be bad I bet.

Anyways should my plan be start with my 6 and maybe every 2-3 days take off 30% or so? Any ideas would be great because I'm done with this. I'm ready for a worry free life.

Hey bmwdriver
How are you feeling? I can so relate to the sweats, body aches, and overall feeling awful. Your right withdrawal is a bitch!! The good thing is it doesn't last forever though while your going through it kinda feels like it's never going to end. Hang in there you can do it!!

Sober life isnt goin to be worry free.u have to decide if u really want to quit theres things to do.id suggest lookin for a SMART recovery meeting, eating right,go for runs, get a few comfort meds(gabapentin or lyrica) only a few tho for the depression and anxiety because they are pretty addictive also. what are u worried about? Withdrawal is a breeze staying off is the real issue

Yes, you want to taper down a few days, then let body stabilize on new amount, then wait a few days then cut down again. Or, more than that depending on your severity of use, amount... time using etc.
I relate, am about to jump off again myself. Neurontin didn't help my last withdrawal, but I have Lyrica now and it truly has helped me taper down off Heroin/Oxy/Subs.
It stays longer in one's system. Although Neurontin will help also. I was using a gram a day and am now down to an 1/8 of that with a slow taper. I plan to continue using the Lyrica for a week after quitting as my last withdrawal (had a month then relapsed, prior 8 years clean).z

And indeed look for meetings! One can't do it alone. I know everyone responds differently. But Lyrica/Pregabalin tolerates the withdrawals. At least for me. They are there but so far away.... I don't even feel like using when I take Lyrica! This is just my experience.

Good luck!
