damn midweek blues

5HTP, rest, and eating well will help. Usually I'm feeling down as well but I've been glowing since my roll on Saturday this time :3
 
As nanchan said 5-htp can be useful in this situation. I always take it before and after I take tabs and it helps with those pesky blues. After a long time using too much E I "had" to take a break or I would have developed a real depression problem.
 
Listen to relaxing music that you enjoy, personally I go with buddha bar/Bob Marley/ Slightly Stoopid. If you smoke bud, enjoy a bowl or too, relax, eat properly, 5-HTP does indeed help, try exercising too.

Moral of the story, help your body be healthy and it restores itself just fine.
