I'm specifically wondering how it would interact with dxm, I have capsules of it and I'm also wondering what effect it would have on its own I've only done it a few times before

Its hard to say, I've heard of damiana as an enzyme inducer which may negatively potentiate DXM, but in truth, damiana is incredibly mild- in fact, I've never experienced any effect from it through any ROA.
