Damage from grinding/clenching teeth from amphetamine use. How to prevent damage?

I use amphetamine paste quite often and I enjoy using it. However, using it causes my jaw to clench down hard constantly and grind my teeth. The desire to clench my teeth is very strong when using amphetamine and I can not usually control acting on the urge. Grinding my teeth can happen when I am already clenching my teeth and I don't notice I am moving my jaw.

SO! How do I reduce damage from this? Is there a way to not have my jaw so tense? Should I chew gum? Should I wear a mouth guard (kind of hard to be inconspicuous though)? Any advice?

And as always, thank you so much in advance, the bluelight community is great because of contributors like yourself! Have a great one!
