Heroin Dallas heroin extremely toxic. Help?

I've been driving to Dallas to get my stuff for quite some time. I know other people that go down there with different connections, but its all the same stuff. It looks like tar, it smells like tar, hell, it is tar, but the stuff burns VERY bad whenever injected. And on top of that, I've had a ton of accesses from it. Its so hard to shoot because it burns so friggin bad. Any ideas what could be the cut or has anyone else tried this stuff?

It's bad to miss with tar, but it doesn't burn if you're in a vein, except for maybe a brief moment as you break the skin if the tip is dripping.

Also, if you're boiling the shot and then missing, all the insoluble cuts that may be in the dope resolidifying could greatly increase your chances of abcesses. Anything that's left behind after thouroughly crushing it up and mixing it without heat won't be heroin anyway.

That's the thing though, is I don't miss. My veins are still somewhat good so rarely do I miss a shot. I mean when I've registered and plunge, I'm totally in the vein and it still burns like an SOB. I can feel the burn inching up my arm through the vein.

That's strange, tar burns a hell of a lot more than anything else I've shot but only a little on the surface of the skin if you're in a vein...Are you sure you're completely in....It could be leaking out if you're hitting the same vein all the time, are you rotating injection sites?

Yeah, I'm sure I'm in because I get other stuff from time to time and it doesn't burn at all. This stuff burns every time. And it turns my veins rock hard after 2 or 3 sticks. Everyone I know that's done this stuff says the same thing. It's gotta be something in the dope

Drop a tiny bit of baking soda into your shot. It neutralizes the ph and makes some cuts fall out of solution.

I would throw that shit out. You can either find a better source, or be sick. It sucks but do you really want to lose your veins for a few shots of shit dope?

I've heard the odd (likely sensationalized) reports of tar being cut with some nasty shit like coffee grounds or shoe polish but there is simply no way to tell over the internet what you're shooting was cut with. If you really want to know, you should send it to a lab and have it analyzed. If you really want to ensure you don't lose veins (or limbs), you should toss that but since you're to the point of mainlining heroin, politely pointing out you should probably stop that is like telling a kid on halloween they shouldn't have any of their candy.

At very least, pick up some micron filters; even the byproducts from the process that remain in tar aren't good in your veins let alone whatever some greedy, scumbag piece of shit cuts it with (and of course, you have the nicest dealer, he's your boy and would never do that but somewhere from production down the line to consumption, there probably is someone who would).

We can't tell you what it's cut with. It'd all be speculation and we don't allow threads like that or any kind of substance/cut ID for that reason.

The only advice anyone can give you is that if you're really not missing and still experiencing these side effects from the dope itself... something is very very wrong with it and you need to stop doing it.

Check the pH of the tar, if there is excess acetic anhydride/acetic acid it will be very acidic, which is no good for your veins. This can be neutralised with baking soda as mentioned before.
