daily GHB usage.

Hi im wondering what kind of vitamins, suplement should i take . i am a frequent user of GHB , using it daily at each 2 to 3 hours (sorry for my english , im a french canadian ) .

I'd say make sure to drink a decent amount of water, if you're redosing all day that's a pretty high Na/K intake (depending on what salt it is)

Otherwise can't really remember anything in particular for GHB,
 
No harm in taking general stuff like B-vits, calcium/magnesium, etc. If I rememeber correctly, GHB isn't too good on cognitive function, not sure about the specific mechanisms but drugs like piracetam and choline are good for the brain and could possibly counteract it.
 
I recommend taking a full-spectrum vitamin daily anyway. Fish oils, magnesium, calcium, and lots and lots of water as well.

GHB, like other GABA drugs, will eventually have issues with tolerance, dependence and withdrawal. No vitamin or other supplement is going to completely eliminate that (although they may help).

Take a few Vitamin B complexes, B6 in particular I think.

Vitamin B12 enhances GABA content but reduces glutamate content in the rat suprachiasmatic nucleus

Also take a day off now and then, it makes more of a difference than you think!

Edit: I just reread your post. Dosing every 2-3 hours will land you in SERIOUS shit. Believe me I have been there, GABA withdrawals are disgusting.



What you need to take is a break, taper your dose down and get the full effects of GHB back as they should be!
 
Be careful - GHB is addictive and you get benzo-esque WDs when you stop after you become physically dependent - check out this thread in EADD.. I've seen a good friend of mine go through cycles of 24 hour addiction and withdrawal and it's horrible. So go steady please and if you're on 24/7 dosing, you're probably going to need to taper a bit..

Thanks everybody , my ex roomate used to cook it and used to intake 1 L per week , and got in real danger. got bust from the GRC (Gens D'armerie royal du Canada) '' its the DEA here in canada'' ... and made his withdrawal in jail ... for me i only experiance some shakes , anxianty and total lack of confidence when i dont have some during 1 day...when i get out to work , or anywhere... i feel shit about it . and i feel afraid to completely stop , its been a good anti depressent for me so far.....
 
I am also in a similar boat as you OP, from the looks of it, you and I should probably slow down.

Most importantly, don't use it to sleep if you have been on it all day. I found that I can sleep through the rebound if I fall asleep naturally.

The problem with GHB is that it feels like there is nothing wrong with the drug. One gets high, continues to be high, and nothing bad will happen afterward. So one will get high again. And again.

Coming down off stimulants? GHB
Going out with friends? GHB and sip on soda pretending its alcohol.
Sex? GHB.
Dinner? GHB
Getting drug tested? GHB
Sleep? Take more GHB.

If said drug was easier to regulate I would say it was the perfect drug, but it is beyond addictive once one starts.

^ it is such a useful drug and it's fun enough to keep taking but manageable enough that you can get on with things on it, so it lends itself wonderfully to dosing constantly.. Renz i owe you a pm btw, am ridiculously behind, sorry!

But yeah. Be really careful, as Renz says one thing you can do is be really careful you don't start using it to sleep. That's when the 24/7 dosing begins...
 
i work at nite shyft so i sleep during the day , i get up once to dose myself , and then go back to bed. im sleeping at night during the week end and Mr.G is prety helpfull. every time i buy a bottle i tell myself that it would be the last one... and then again ...
 
^ just be careful - the fact that it can be helpful and it is a fairly easy-going drug (when you get your dosage right and don't pass out haha) means that it is very easy to develop a problem with it. If you're getting up from sleep and dosing then you probably have become physically dependent, as well as mentally addicted to it.. I know it is hard but believe me it only gets worse (my mate was dosing every hour 24/7 at his peak of addiction) - I certainly would be prepared for some withdrawals if you were to stop now. Take a read of the thread I linked you to, lots of good advice there about how to manage it..

Haha yeah it's pretty short, the first thread has a load more info in, the second was just the current version of the thread incase you wanted to make a post asking anything :) Glad the first one was useful!
