Has anyone here smoked dagga? I know someone who has brought some over from Zimbabwe. He said it's extremely potent, but it's also quite expensive. I'll probably acquire some soon, but I'm not sure what about dagga makes it so special. In some places it's used as slang for weed in general, but apparently there's some special grow or curing technique that makes makes this stuff "dagga".

Anyone care to elaborate?
 
dagga as in wild dagga as in lions tail? or dagga as a slang word for god knows what?

upon further inspection it appears to just be a name for weed in south africa?
 
It's just weed. I doubt there's anything extremely potent about African weed in general, although I'm sure if it's grown right it will be quite nice. They get plenty of sun there. It's cool that you're getting good weed from Africa though, it'll be a good story to tell.
 
^ I spent time in Uganda earlier this year - the weed was heavy indica, extremely cheap and available pretty much anywhere. Good stuff.
 
hm ive done klip dagga 20x extract and that stuff makes ur body feel stoned, especially your eyes, but you still have a fairly clear head. I dont think your talking about that though.
 
Don't waste your time with foliage because you will have to smoke a shitload to get high. You should order some extract online. I recommend you also get some wormwood extract and smoke it with the dagga. Wormwood is so weird....if you've played super mario world, you know that after you finish Special World, the colors on the main map all change. Although things still look the same, wormwood gives you this odd sensation that everything, including the most familiar objects, look peculiar. Sorry, but that's the best way I can describe it.
 
Yes, dagga is just an Arabic derivation of cannabis. I suggest, if you want some good exotic shit, to smoke the ORIGINAL kush straight from the Hindu Kush mountains man! There are monks up there that grow fields of the shit and smoke it because they believe it enlightens the mind. Supposedly, that is the strongest shit you can get. It makes sense that the strongest shit would be grown up in the mountains (even though the soil would make it hard) because the higher the altitude, the lower the air pressure. Therefore, most of the THC will extract out from the main stem (pole) to the nuggets. This is all me theorizing from advanced pchem (difference ratios and gradient laws). Meh, get a hold of this Hindu Kush and write a report. :-)
