Daft Punk!

Im not hatin but Bigger, Faster, Harder what the fuck ever really let me down, here I was expecting homework-ish type Daft Punk but I got somthing else, somthing more mellow.......but I did enjoy a couple of songs off it and I really enjoyed the gold card that came with the CD

If they released three albums like homework, there is very little chance any of us would be talking about them now, regardless of how much we like homework. I was absolutely jarred by discovery when it came out, but it's really really good, just different.

And ya, Ali's right. I wish I was at coachella. The mp3s and the shitty youtube videos aren't enough.

npt gonna lie i could listen to around the world on repeat for eternity and be cool with it.

...as long as you could watch the stupidly good video at the same time. :D

Is this a typo, an arbitrary number, or just high praise indeed?

Top 23? Dr. Pepper? I've been to ALOT of shows and Daft Punk at Coachella was definitely in my top 5. I still get chills just thinking about it.

He's the man that created the first DnB cd that I can remember really enjoying.

LoL...still have it in my cd case titled "Rabbi - Kryptic" for some reason.

Just had to share that.

Life does not get any better than walking along a beach fucked on acid with Daft Punk melting your ears through your headphones. :D

^ Daft Punk Lego men.

And yes, the Coachella live set is transcendental, I wish they'd hurry up and release it on DVD so I can see what's happening. Any news on that?

BEST. WEEKEND. EVER.

Weather was perfect (hot & sunny on Saturday; overcast but dry on Sunday), and the setting was idyllic.

We didn't really pay attention to much of the earlier stuff, but we made damn sure we saw the Chems on Saturday and Daft Punk on the Sunday. Both of whom were mindblowingly awesome of course, I was in absolute heaven. Pills, acid and 2cb were about the only things we ate the whole weekend, and they all came together in blissful druggy perfection after about 2 hours, and that was all that was needed for the rest of the day.

Daft Punk were fucking mindblowingly good. They came on about an hour late (presumably cos they were setting the stage up) so as you can imagine the crowd went mental when they finally came on. Just think 'Close Encounters', starting off very slowly, then getting faster and faster and launching into Robot Rock, the crowd went fucking wild, I was jumping and spinning round like a fucking loon and when it finally kicked in I closed my eyes and got these CRAZY CEVs from the 2CB, I thought I was gonna have a fucking heart attack from it all. Oh man..... one of the best times of my life, seriously.
