he drinks a 30 pack of budweiser a day .. has done this for as long as i can remember
7 years ago maybe ..not sure but its been a while, drs told him he has sclerosis of the liver
needed a liver transplant but had to quit drinking for 2 years to get it
needless to say he didn't get the transplant
if he goes a day or two without drinking he has severe withdrawas, seizures, shakes, throwing up.
ive watched him have many seizures over the years from trying to quit drinking
however today he told me he is the sickest he has ever been
hes drinking..its not withdraws
he has been throwing up all day
i dont think he has eaten in a few days, this is sadly normal for him
i try as hard as i can to get him to eat.. i am going to make some food but im sure he wont be able to keep it down
let alone even attempt to eat it
i am just so worried about him
its almost as if he is withdrawing but thats not the case
does anyone have any experience with this
any suggestions on what i can do to help alleviate some of these symptoms?
my goal isn't to get him to quit drinking
i tried for years..since i was 14..im 24 now. and after seeing him have such bad withdrawls from not drinking i dont want him to even attempt it as he refuses to go to a detox and get meds for it.
he has been throwing up all day
gags every 20 mins or so
i am sick to my stomach worried about him
its so hard to watch
