D-bol 10mg?

Im contemplating beginning my first cycle, a friend has a heap of 10mg D-bols.

I have been training for 5 years,
Im 26, 6ft tall, 88 kg and cant seem to get any heavier.
I eat well and have a good training program.

Just wondering what to expect if i start having these?
How much and when should i have them?
What are the side effects?
Should i be taking other substances to counter act the side effects?
 
Dbol has it's positives. You will feel extremely great while on them and you will have sick lifts when your at the gym. I loved the aggression. Always able to push passed my limits each week. But to me, the positives don't out way the negatives.

Both time's I used dbol, I retained water like a sponge. I put on 30lbs in 6 weeks while on it, with the majority of that water. You will look like a big puff ball. And the sides get worse the longer your on it. By the 3rd and 4th week, I would get unusual pains in my back and legs. At the gym, the back pumps got worse and stiffness in my legs. Dbol was really hard on the body, for me at least.

The first time I did dbol, it was alone. Big waste as you will piss away just about all your gains once your off it. Second time I did it along with Test E, and again, I pissed away alot of those gains once I was off cycle. Again, if your thinking about running a dbol only cycle, save your money and time. If you plan on running dbol in your cycle, there's better options out there imo. Whatever you do, your gonna need a plan for dealing with gyno if it arises. And your gonna need a pct once your off cycle.

What would you recommend for PCT?

What sort of dosage should i be having?

Any other suplements i should have during cycle?

do a google search on gynecomastia..you aren't ready if you don't know what gyno is...

a proper pct protocol for dbol would be clomiphene but you are gonna need armidex or aromasin during to blast away all the estrogenic sides...

most effective dbol cycle is 15-25mgs for 8 weeks...no reason to take more
 
IMO i wouldn't run a dbol only cycle, it's much more effective stacked with test.
Expect insane pumps, bloating and growth :)

I did a cycle of 4 weeks dbol (blue hearts) and 12 weeks of test-e. Within the first 4 weeks i put on 7kgs, of course alot of that would of been water weight.

edit: was 45mg dbol e/d and 750mg test-e per week
 
you Aussies love abusing your gear don't ya? you should look much better after 4 cycles
 
sell the dbol buy food - keep lifting keep reading and when times right , juice.

no need to run dbol higher than 20mg unless you are competing / swole as fuck / been on for many cycles.

Seeing as though when I started I was 70kg at 6'6"..

Now im 115kg, don't think that was a waste ;)

Congratulations, you're still small for that height. Everything in those pictures you posted is in reasonable reach through training natty. You wasted the shit. Period.
