I notice a reaction between food supplements with elevated metal proteinate content such as:
Iron (Proteinate)
Magnesium ((Proteinate)
Copper (Proteinate)
These metals, especially the iron and magnesium content is quite elevated and can go up to 25mg of magnesium and 4mg of iron proteinate per capsule. An iron poisoning warning is displayed on the cover which implies that due to the high bio availability of the proteinates one could poison himself from eating all the pills at once.
It's definitely a potentiating reaction...could it be perhaps due to an excess of vitamine C from the same supplement?
