I saw some older messages about this from 24 but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with it now? I've read it's been found in overdose deaths in several states of the US. It's been found in Europe and Canada as well. I've read it's possibly resistant to naloxone. I don't use opioids in any way but I have a lot of friends who do. I would like to tell them about the possibility of what they could be getting and the risks associated.


 
This on Cychlorphine s [active metabolite] and other -orphines [SR-17018 & SR 14968 a.o.] found in US drug samples. Cychlorphine has resemblance to Benzitramide/ Burgodin discontinued med here. And related to the still in use Piritramide, which according to the leaflet OD s can be counter acted by Naloxone.

This has some tested ones. Up to 20 substances were found in one sample. According the info in the link of rentedbythehour posted. If -orphine OD s can be reversed with Naloxone. Is there any research on this couldn't find it. The combo s look scary and deadly without amounts
 
"Cychlorphine s [active metabolite]" n-PropionitrileChlorphine. No idea how i came to that statement. It should be the active or the same thing. Remember my knowledge of this is that of a toddler. Found some other internet info on this.

"chlorphine exhibits high affinity for the μ-opioid receptor (inhibition constant [Ki] 1.92 nM), exceeding that of fentanyl (Ki = 6.29 nM), and produces pronounced respiratory depression in animal models [Citation4]. Inhibition constant (Ki) values have been suggested to be better indicators of the potency of illicitly manufactured fentanyls rather than other indicators of pharmacological potency [Citation5]. Naloxone was not able to completely block the antinociceptive effects of chlorphine [Citation4]."
