Cyclobenzaprine and LSD

I was reading into the effects of cyclobenzaprine and it said that it blocks the 5ht2a receptor. If I took some during an acid trip would it kill the trip in a manner similar to xanax?

It won't be like taking a GABAergic, it'd be more like taking a TCA or neuroleptic, if it works (some looking came up with one post on another forum indicating it does, the only post on the combination I saw at all).

why do people think Xanax kills a trip? ill eat a couple bars 6 or 7 hours in with some weed and fall asleep to CEV's

I take cyclobenzaprine some nights to help with my RLS, and I never really noticed much of a difference, although my last trip my last pill of cyclo would have been 24 hours before

cyclobenzaprine doesn't totally kill a psychedelic trip. i've used it in combination with many psychedelics, never with LSD proper though. if you take too much flexeril then it might kill the trip, but one or two pills just smooths it out.

Figured it would require supratherapeutic doses, good to hear it can be useful when applied conservatively.

i slept through an 11mg 2C-P trip once because i took too much cyclobenzaprine with it
