Im currently doing a bulking cycle and plan to cut afterwards, what is a good wait period after a 12 week cycle and what cutting gear would you recommend and how many calories a day?

Currently im at 185lbs (still have 8 weeks left to go and aiming for 195-200lbs) at 5'8" 25 yrs old. My body fat percent it around 13-16% and consistently work out 5-6x a week.

I was thinking about a tren cycle but not sure if thats the best option.

General rule of thumb people like to follow is time on is time off. IMO you an get by on 6-8 weeks after 12 weeks

And there is no such thing as a cutting cycle or anything like that if you wanna cut thats on diet and cardio

What Mike says. Time on = time off a pretty decent guide. And compounds you choose much less important than how you eat/cardio etc. Tren is a nice choice, although even plain old test would work. How many calories have you been eating on your bulk?

Ive been aiming for 3000 a day but some times i get more so around 2500. Its depends on what i have to do for my job. Most days are 3000. Almost all are from chicken, beef, brown rice, broccoli, assorted fruits and protien shakes. Ive cut out access sugars and fat like greasely foods such as burgers and soda.

Also, what is an alternative to running i could do while cutting? I seriously hate running because it makes me feel like im going to die beyond 2 miles. Is a fast paced circuit a good sub?

Ok that's pretty low for a bulk. You might want to start dieting at 2000-2200 calories. Every week or two check weight loss and adjust calories about 200cals if not losing about 2lb per week.

As for cardio, anything that involves movement: martial arts, swimming, circuits, HIIT, walking, dancing, fighting etc etc. It's a great opportunity to have some fun doing exercise. You shouldn't be trying to exhaust yourself either when aiming for fatloss (except maybe HIIT and circuits); steady medium intensity activity is fine.

I like stair-stepping, and long range of motion elipticals on a high-resistance setting for my cardio. It will burn calories/fat while at the same time putting less stress on your cardiopulmonary system (unlike running). You'll get a great sweat going too. I know most people hate the thought of this, but when I organized my workout with 20-30 minutes of cardio at the BEGINNING of a workout, I could still do my full lifting routine, while maintaining a heart rate of 110-140 with small drops between sets, I lost 3-5% bf (on cycle) and got my first real visible six pack within a month.

There are a lot of other cardio options out there, like the bikes, but I can't ride a bike before I do squats as it causes knee pain I do not experience otherwise. HIIT can work too, if you do long sets of weight free lifts for a solid 20 minutes you can get the same effect. Try a few things and see what works for you, then you can use what you find out during your "cut". Tren is really nice to get extra results, but I can personally only run it for 5-6 weeks before my cardio is effected (tren cough, breathing). Masteron works well for cardio and stamina, some will say it is not worth it unless your basically in competition shape already, but my workouts on it were longer and harder (which is where the difference comes from, not the drug itself) than any other combo I've done.

Extra rant: ON THAT NOTE, I hate when people report that certain drugs aren't really worth it because they added it, changed nothing else, and expected different results. Even with basic test, if you don't find yourself exercising more intensely than before the cycle, obviously nothing will change. Masteron may be more effective for people with 5-8% bf, but I used it at 13% once, and because I was able to workout harder, I dropped down to 7 or 8% pretty quickly. The point I'm making is, steroids don't make you more muscular or stronger, but they simply allow you to train harder, which ultimately will dictate your results. Ask anyone who took steroids, didn't really workout or eat right, and didn't properly research the process, and you'll see puffy people with big nipples and bald heads because steroids are flat out awful for you if you do not take advantage of the changes they cause. YOUR WORKOUT, more than diet even, and different types of drugs, is what gets the results you're looking for.
