Hey guys,
I've sorted my gear and here's my proposed cycle. Firstly, I'm 30yrs, 5ft 10", 80kg, medium build. My goals are just to give a bit more of a kickstart after being off weights for 2 months due to injury - during which swimming and running was maintained. Not looking to get huge, just a noticable change with solid lean gains and increase a bit of definition.
Pre-cycle (1 wk) - Milk Thistle 3 x 175mg caps per day.
Wk 1 - 20mg OT per day - Milk Thistle as above.
Wk 2 - 30mg OT per day - Milk Thistle as above.
Wk 3 - 30mg OT per day - Milk Thistle as above.
Wk 4 - 40mg OT per day - Milk Thistle 4 x 175mg caps per day.
Wk 5 - 40mg OT per day - Milk Thistle as above.
Wk 6 - 30mg OT per day - Milk thistle 3 x 175mg caps per day.
Wk 7 - 30mg OT per day - Milk Thistle as above.
Continue with Milk Thistle 2 - 3 wks post cycle.
This is my first ever cycle of ANY gear, therefore Turinabol chosen for the very mild sides and mild gains - I have a career that frowns upon the use of roids so I can't get too big too soon. Therefore, I won't be stacking it with other roids. My intentions, to improve it's benefits, is obviously to eat lots of clean protein and calories, drink plenty of water. Quality 'all-in-one' shakes (pre/post workout) and use a decent Nitric-Oxide supplement.
Please feel free to advise if this is ridiculously shit, like I said, it's my first cycle dabbling and I'm learing as I go. If anyone could answer just a couple questions FROM EXPERIENCE PLEASE GUYS... it would be a great help!!!
Q.1 - My OT is from a 'friend' of a 'decent friend' and didn't come packaged in a blister pack, just a small bag with 'T-Bol' written on the front. Is this normal for black market gear?
Q.2 - I have 156 tabs' <sorry, it could be very harmful for someone to tell you what your mystery pills are without actually testing them. Pill IDs are against the rules in every forum on BL --OverDone>
Q.4 - Finaly, should they just be taken equally throughout the day or just before I train, etc...?
Bit long winded fellas and I know you've all got better things to do than tutor me on the earlier stages of AAS usage but all criticism - if experience based will be very much appreciated.
