By cyan do you mean p. cyanescens? Most people seem to find that there is no significant interaction. A minority report that wellbutrin lessens the effects of mushrooms slightly.
At high doses, wellbutrin can act a lot like a conventional stimulant, which would certainly lead to a different and more intense overall experience even if it isn't technically potentiating the shrooms directly. But if we're talking about a daily therapeutic dose of wellbutrin then that probably doesn't apply.
