CWE without caffiene!

For those people who do CWE of either AC&C or T1's, in Canada (at least) there's another OTC medication called Mersyndol. It's basically the same but instead of caffeine it's third ingredient is doxylamine succinate (5mg).

Not sure if this is common knowledge but it might help with those who are sensitive to caffiene. Just use caution as not to take to much doxy as it is very water soluble.

Finally something with a sleep aid instaid of a stim.

I hear an acetone wash can remove the caffeine. Better double check that though.

I see where you're coming from, but an average dose of dox for sleep is 50mg, that's ten pills. In my opinion doubling that wouldn't cause harm if done irregularly. And that would give someone 160mg of codeine.

Not that I condone this practice at all, I was just informing. Some people do use this to prevent wd and not to get high.

Mersyndol is awesome for any type of headaches especially if you have a bad flue. You can take 25mg's of doxylamine without any trouble but i certainly would not take more then say 35mg's of doxylamine. It is a rather strong anti-cholinergic just like diphenhydramine though so poisoning yourself on it for some codeine is going to suck.

ACETAZONE FORTE C8 is one way around the caffeine thing. It has 300mg's of APAP, 250mg's of chlorzoxazone and 8mg's of codeine in each pill. The chlorzoxazone is a shitty muscle relaxant that is not soluble in water as far as i can tell so that would be one way around the caffeine thing. They are expensive but for those that don't mind spending the cash it might be a alternative. Just make sure you double check to see if chlorzoxazone is water soluble or not
