cwe water not as bitter as usual

so i did a small cwe on 11 t1's(very small codeine yield, i realize). everything went very well and was even surprised at the clarity of my "codeine water", i had used thick disposable hand cloth which had worked very well in the past . i seem to be feeling the codeine( as much as i can from an 88mg dose with 50mg dipehn anyway) and all seems to be well. my only question being, if the water is less bitter than usual, is this indicative of less codeine getting through?

don't know what codeine tastes like. but tylenol is very bitter.
