Hi all,
Here I can get OTC a painkiller composed by
caffeine, paracetamol, propyphenazone and, most interestingly, codeine.

Let me just recap here the solubility facts of these substances

APAP - Very slightly sol in cold water, considerably more sol in hot water
Caffeine - One gram dissolves in 46 ml water, 5.5 ml water at 80°, 1.5 ml boiling water
Codeine - one gram dissolves in 120 ml water, 60 ml water at 80°,
Prophy - Soly in water: 0.24 g/100 ml at 16.5°. (one gram in 416 ml).

So, performing a CWE would result in a liquid containing everything minus the APAP, right? Or should I be able to get rid of some of the Prophypenazone as well?
What would you suggest to do? Will the caffeine kill the buzz?

So many questions..
anyway, thanks!

Thank you!
I will ask the pharmacist if there is something without propyphenazone. Thanks again!
