CWE: Possible to extract binders from 5MG OXY non apap & end up with Pure Oxycodone?

If one wanted to is it possible to extract the binders from 5mg oxycodone pills (non apap). I have read COLD WATER EXTRACTION (CWE) processes but they only refer to oxycodone with apap. How would one go about extracting the binders of say 45 5mg oxycodone and ending up with pure oxycodone? Is it possible to turn the end result into a stronger form of opiate with chemistry know-how by changing molecule in the substance?
I am asking this because I want to know more about this topic, I AM NOT attempting to do this.
 
I am not exactly sure what you mean... You want to prepare them oxy pills for IV is that it? I would definitely NOT recommend it and I'm sure other members would back me up on this. IVing pills is just dangerous especially 5mg oxys which contain a shitload of binders.
 
You simply do a cwe. That gets you the oxy alone in a solution.

As for your second q - theres no synthesis talk permitted within BL forums. Look elsewhere for that.
