My friend purchased a box of 30 Solpadeine Max (Co-codamol's), which are 12.8/500mg. The tablets were red He crushed them all. Put the powder into a glass with lukewarm warm water and stirred it for about 5 minutes. He noticed the water was very red due to the colour of the tablets. He then popped the glass into a freezer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, he went to check the glass and noticed that (what he assumed to be) the paracetamol had collected into a sludge at the bottom of the glass. He emptied the contents of this glass into another through a filter and disposed of the gunk at the bottom of the glass. He was filtered it 6 times now, and the liquid is still coming out red, is this a problem?
