Opioids CWE of Ibuprofen

i recently discovered a thread linked to CWE of 200mg Ibuprofen. Nurofen Plus is what they were callimg it, and from my understanding that is equal to 200mg of Ibuprofen. first i want to make sure that i can just use regular 200mg Ibuprofen and still get the codeine out? they were saying that the Nurofen Plus came from austrailia and thats its just a name for the Ibuprofin. and i looked on my bottle of ibu. i have here at home and there was so codeine sulfate in the active ingredients, so idk what to do or look for. i would like some help on this subbject if anyone has any advice.
