CWE experiment, need input on results

I recently did a CWE experiment to find out how much of the acetaminophen is actually filtered out. The last step of this process is weighing out the remaining white "scum". My question is, will it all be APAP or will the binders be left over as well? Are the binders water soluble or not?

If they are not water soluble, how can I account for them?

I extracted the APAP from 5 5-500 hydrocodone's and half of a 10-500 hydrocodone. I need to know if the binders are water soluble or not (meaning they were NOT filtered out of the solution that found its way into my tummy).

I would look at the binders in the tablets and find out if they are water soluble or not and you should find your answer.
