Opioids CWE Cold and Flu

Just wanted to know how much phenylephrine is safe to ingest. As it is insoluble in water cwe does not work on it, and i want to extract some codeine from some C and F tablets. They contain 5mg Phenylephrine, 9.5mg Codeine, and 500mg paracetamol, im guessing its inclusion is an attempt to deter us recreational users rather than an alternative to Pseudoephedrine as they claim. Planning to take a dose of about 150mg of codeine, which would amount to 80mg of Phenylephrine :(
 
I have never done a CWE with phenylephrine, but I would imagine that high enough doses of it could nullify or at least complicate the opiate effects.

The paracetamol itself is nasty enough, and in my case enough to just deter me completely. Why don't you just get a basic para + codeine preparation?
 
paracetamol is a bit off putting i agree but getting a nice clear liquid from the cwe is very comforting.
cant seem to find any brands that dont have either phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine, chemists own, codral and the like seem to have changed their recipes so to speak.
