Depends how well you crush them up, how well you stir them in the water (for absorption), if you accidentally freeze the solution or not, and if you have a proper strainer (pre-wetted coffee filter works best for me). With my experience, you usually lose 10% in the process if done right. The 10% lost seems to get bigger with the more pills you add to the mix, though.

Just don't add to much water to the mix trying to get a bigger yield! When I was a rookie I made this mistake and ended up ingesting about 2400mg tylenol at once... I was fine but i'm sure my liver hated me. APAP solubility is roughly 12.78mg/ml of room temp water.

I recently broke 3 ribs whilst having an epileptic seizure. I've been given 30/500mg codeine paracetamols. First time considering cwe to see as I'm taking a lot. How many pills for first time do you guys reckon. And water/pill ratio.

i'd start with 12 pills, in 200ml of cold water

drink half first (<180mg of codeine) and then if it's not enough drink the other half. it's not unlikely the first half is enough, no problem either you drink the rest later then

idk broj id do anywhere between 10-20 pills in 500ml (or more, these codeine/apap pills tend to be quite big)

don't worry about using much water, paracetamol is incredibly poorly soluble in cold water

codeine dosage should be anywhere between 100-400mg
