Cutting fat?

I have decided to start cutting weight, seeing as I'm 6'0" and 220. I already started dieting, running and working out, but I am looking to cut fat as fast as possible. I already know about nutrition and fitness. I was a fitness and nutrition instructor in the Air Force. I'm not trying to brag; I'm just trying to exclude any answers about that.

I have never taken any supplements to cut fat or build muscle though, except Hydroxycut (I know it's not healthy long-term), creatine, and whey protein. I have a few questions:

1. Does DHEA do anything at all?
2. Is Deca good for cutting fat or just muscle gain?
3. Is there any legal in the US that is worth taking?
(preferably cheap, but any suggestions are welcome)
4. What is the best thing to take of the legal supplements in the US?

Thanks for any info. I've heard conflicting reports about the first two, so...

first off, throw away ANY hydroxycut you may still have. They proved that shit caused liver cancer or some shit.

1) IME, DHEA just made my balls hurt. Seriously, it will supposedly shut down your natural test production without any decent results. I believe it messes with your pituitary gland, which is a no-go

2)Deca is known as a bulker, as it is known for water retention...but your diet has a lot to say about that as with other steroids

3) I like tribulus in high doses. It's a herbal test booster. Some say it's garbage, I like it a lot. It's cheap too.

4) IMO, tribulus...but I haven't really tried a lot of the different "legal supplements" as what you eat and how hard you train is what really matters. A friend of mine was raving about Tongkat Ali I believe it was called. Google it as I don't know too much info there.
 
Thanks brother. How high are the doses that you're referring to for tribulus? Anyone else know of more legal supplements?
 
What's a good AI? I found Chrysin-xy for really cheap. Also, what are peoples' thoughts on taking DHEA, Tongkat Ali and/or Tribulus and an estrogen blocker?

Redline pills by VPX and green tea extract combined with cardio and a healthy diet and your metabolism will be reved up in no time.
 
Cut the fat before considering steroids,as the excess fat will increase aromatase activity. Get your macro-nutrient partitioning down,nothing too anal just make sure you take protein with your carbs and limit carb intake later in the day or eradicate it completely. Learn the good carbs such as oats etc ie:low GI being the ones you want. Don't cut fat,as hormonal production will drop,rather get the good fats in eg:omega 3. Stay away from thyroid killers eg:aspartame. You wont need an AI as cutting fat will decrease aromatase activity.

Err yeah and 5 small meals a day to stimulate metabolism due to the thermogenic effect of digestion and to optimise hormonal production. Spend your money on quality food rather than expensive supplements,only once you've cleaned up your diet and seen progress should supplements be used IMHO. Stay away from anything with hydrogenated vegetable oil.

Get plenty of cruciferous vegetables and use common sense. DHEA is bunk. If you're looking to cut fast really fast I would google "velocity diet" and add carbs as needed for physical activity. I would hook up some hot rox from biotest once your diet is down,worked for me. Good luck.
