where you can buy cutting agent for heroin thats rolls (liquified) on foil??
something that you can buy in a shop (tried milkpowder and others.. nothins rolls like heroin)

found out pure caffeine and pure paracetamol. but hard to find .

My friend his is heroin is to strong , and didnt recieve that extra bag cutting agent.
He gets pure and the cut seperately at his suplier.
