Cut weed?

no, i dont think my buds are laced with pcp and crack. this is not another "i smoked a bowl and tripped the fuck out..my shits laced man!".

I picked up a bag of some purple, and upon first inspection it looked dank- tons of crystals and decent nugs but it didnt have that potent smell that comes with tons of crystals and dank buds. I started looking closer at some of the buds and noticed small salt/sugar looking crystals.. clear with a whiteish tint. It smoked kinda harsh and burns like shit in a j.. constantly goes out and hard to hit in a properly joint.

I know people can put shit on weed to dress it up and make it look better but i want to think im just being paranoid. is there any way to know for sure if its been coated in something? anyone know anything about this sort of hting?
 
hows the high? I know some ppl that cut weed with sugar/salt to make it look more potent and sell it to kids at the High school...
 
it sounds most likely like you got a bag from a big O/D grow, where the plants were able to reach their max yield.

for instance, my caregiver had mass clones of S.Diesel, his indoor, and my I/D hydro was amazing, i couldnt keep my lighter off it ;) . but then, the same clones, grown big out side, or in a steel barn rather, was as you described, more plant like, or hayish smell, faint tire store smell i associate with the SD.

or it may of been flowered under a large metal halide... hmm

same thing with local jorges diamond, blockhead, & afghoo. some strains arent as well suited for the unpredictable climate of true mother nature, some thrive in certain microclimates. also, youu can cut bud per say by adding a bulkier male to the mix, like bigbud for instance.

i have "maui bigbud" clones for licensed medicinal use, and to provide to my patient for a deemed amount of time agreed upon in a written and signed contract.

Maui Waui is a bit of a low yielder, a very potent sativa, full of thai and hawaiian genetics, + sunshine&waterfalls and a glazed stare, so adding the BigBud makes it more grower/meditaker friendly, by adding the XXtra mass. BB is also complimentary because of its fruity/hashy flavor, and decent hybrid +1indica genetics; so in this case it does make some sense, as would BB and Flo perhaps, or BB and SD.

i have had (BB x TrainWreck), and ) (BB x Black Dominia) and that i would consider cutting it in a way. adding unnecessary non complimentative bulk to popular new strains. Kush is also hybridized a lot into buds to bulk them up, and add some body high/pain relieving muncie properties as well, it is more sought after then Big Bud crosses.
 
OP, google "grit weed". it is now in the US and not just a European problem!

please inform yourself and others. im not saying this is what is in your weed, but a possibility.
 
people "cut" higher quality bud with lower quality bud all the time.. .like a elbow of purp with 1/4 of that being green... just mixed in lol

Ohhhhhh man. Have you just heard or actually confirmed its now in the US? I heard that it spread to Canada and assumed it would reach the US sooner or later but I was hoping it would be much later.
