cut crack..

so i decided for the first time to buy some crack earlier tonight. (not that i haven't smoked my fair share, i've just previously obligated myself never to buy any.)

so i got a 20 rock and got landed with this big fuckin' rock about the size of my middle fingernail. this surprised me, because the rocks me and my buddies usually cook up from a 20 bag of coke were about a quarter of the size.

this rock was a greyish white, not entirely opaque (though not translucent, obviously) it looked kind of like clear candle wax..

so seeing this, i nearly shit my pants, loaded some up in my vape and took a hoot. it was nothing like the crack we cooked, and it tasted like this one batch that we messed up, kind of like the taste of febreeze or something. it smelled sweet like our other rocks, and it obviously WAS rock, but it was obviously a lot less pure than the stuff we made. i guess its' more efficient to make yer own then...

what is it usually cut with that gives it that funny taste?

No, seriously, we dont know, no one does. It could be cut with any millions of substances that exist on this planet.

There is a lot bad crack floating around - either stuff cut all to hell (like 20% crack, 80% crap) and sometime bad dudes on the street selling fake stuff with no crack in it (like candlewax, etc.) The important thing is to find a reliable dealer and stick with them. My experience is when I buy off the street it is either fake or cut all to hell about half the time.

One thing I do to purify crack before I smoke it is to dissolve at least a gram or two in a shot glass with about 1/2 inchc of water and microwave for 10 seconds and then let it resolidify. If stuff is cut way to hell you end up with a much much smaller rock but at least it is pure.
