Same thing here re; freddies. mates said they were mild, took me a double drop to even feel anything without visuals, like a mild but clean hit of liquid.
 
I've also heard from a couple people who had weak fat freddies or ones that did not work at all. Those dali lamas sound amazing though, hopefully there is alot of them spreading worldwide
 
The Dalai Lama's always had a good rep. Tried the Avatars, not as strong, but seems very clean.
Two Avatars will do it for me. They not 150uq, more like 100uq
 
Cool. It will be a couple of the lads' first time taking acid. Should they do a full tab or half a tab? Don't want em to freak out, especially seeing as its a festival. Theyve taken low dose mushrooms before (one has taken a gram the other has taken 2) and loved it.
 
Like I always say, half and then if you want within 2 hours you can take the other half and keep things going if your happy with the trip. Probably best to give them a half just since they are at a festival especially if they are going to be on other stuff too. Although, if they are marked at between like 100-150ug they could probably be fine on a full tab.
 
I grew up in the San Franciso Bay Area which during the 60s-mid 90s produced 90% of the US supply of Acid. When I first dosed, my friend said you showed dose hard since its your first time. My other friend had never dosed and he took a 3/4 gel and dosed so hard that he went home and hid under he sheets. I took 2 1/2 and dosed so hard that I thought I saw God. Then next hardest I dosed was a few years latter, at a dead show in Vegas were I did a hit of 4 way and felt like my body disinegrated and became a part of the show. During this time 80% of the MDXX was made in the Bay Area (remember this is the home of the legendary Shulgin, Owsley, Summer of love, ect...). Wonder how things are now a days, know their was a lenghthy LSD drought as the traditional "families" stoped producing, and the vacuum was filled by some guy in a abondoned Missel Silo in Kansas that got Rolled up. But after many years I hear doses have come back, maybe the Bay Area isn't the epicenter....just some news from this side of the pond.
 
Can anyone who's tried both give me a comparison between the avatar blotters and the Mayan calendars?

Avatars are supposedly 240ug Mayans 200, but the Mayans are regarded by most as the best EU acid around. Just wanting a few to last the next year! Only trip twice a year at most, so may as well get the best.

Both those I have a source for, or have you any other recommendations? Heard the fat Freddie's are good but inconsistent.
 
Also anybody seen those brown microdots? Ate 2 and didn't really do anything but cheer me up and slight colour enhancement. Waste of time.

I really really think that a big dose is best for first time trip.

Too low a dose and you're just clutching at Ego and anxiety can really get hold of you, you really need to get the fullexperience, and you have no chance of the anxiety and paranoia as you are totally swept away into another plane....

I've seen too many people struggle with their first time on LSD as they were underdosed, and were trying to remain in reality....you need to see what acid can do, and where it can take you, for a first timer, more is best I reckon.
