current comedown nightmare, any help?

So basically a couple of years ago my grandmas ferret absolutely loved getting spangled on mdma, off his teats at least twice a week for about 1 year. I guess he kinda just got tired of it after a while cause his brain wasn't producing any seriotonin and so he moved on to silly things like alcohol and coke, until last night that is. He ended up doing about a gram of it after drinking loads after not eating or sleeping too much.
He told me he's so so paranoid about everyone hating him and thinking he's a joke, he's had a bath and a few cups of tea but he can't keep his attention on anything other than how much of an arse he is. Hes had his fare share of comedowns like but this is unreal. He really wants to talk to someone but he a paranoid that he's a ducking tragedy. Hes got to do shit tomorrow but the thought of seeing everyone and having to explain himself is the scariest thing going, can anyone help him out like? This is a nightmare.

But please be gentle like, I don't think he can handle any abuse whatsoever right now.

Just tell him that it will pass. Let him breath to his stomach.

Another option would be to take a benzodiazepine. It might calm him down enough to sleep, then tomorrow he might feel different about it.
