Curious to the Nod

What? high doses of strong opiates make you sleepy!!! I NEVER have trouble sleeping after any opiate-filled night.

Coke does suck ass. it lasts 20 mins, its fuckin expensive, the comedown is AWFUL...

i havent done mdma so i cant compare

i have also never messed around with really high doses of opiates, once i feel incredibly messed up snorting H, I stop. i have never nodded out during the day, but after taking it at night I have found myself losing consciousness while watching tv. feels really nice.

opiates make the mundane, or normal seem amazing. i have never been so happy to just lay down and watch tv or read a book. in a way its subtle, but just feeling good and relaxed...feels really good at times.
 
Opiates are by far the most fun narcotic. The thing with opiates is you can do them and feel so great, and then just go to bed, wake up the next morning and feeling normal. It's not like seeing the sun coming up and saying f*ck, I wish I could go to bed right now as your heart thumps a thousand beats per minute.

i have never used heroin, but i have used mdma many times over the past 6 years. I have found that after i peak for a while i 'nod off' Completely aware of what's going on around me, I can hear everything but my eyes are closed and i feel stuck between being awake and sleeping. I can describe in more detail if you need, just wondering if others ever feel this.
 
the first time i felt a nod was the first time i actually took an opiate,20mgs oxycodone(percocet)...when it kicked in i felt like i just wanted to lay down i did and closed my eyes and for like hour and a halk i had these dreams yet i wasnt asleep and i just felt in bliss...

the next best was off 6-10mg vicoden,i was in a nod for around 2 and a half hours...to me it feels like an uncontrollable WARM daydream...if that sounds right
 
This has been discussed to death and already mentioned in this thread. H is way more sedating than Oxy so the nod is more intense and easier to attain. I have nodded on Oxy's many times but as mentioned it takes a high dose relative to your tolerance. personally I prefer H but Oxy's are cheaper here.
