Curious about town cook

A person in my town was red flagged from a couple stores for "purchasing suspicious ingredients to make methamphetamine" to often or in an over abundance. I'm not privy to meth cook book recipe. What could she of been purchasing from such conveinent stores to make meth? And in lame men terms how is it done?
I'm not asking for anyother reasin besides i'm very curious..i've watched Breaking Bad..but he had legit stuff.

Many substances are ingredients but have what I'll call legal or legitimate uses. When one buys things that have the trait of being ingrediants in unrealistic quantities that can be a 'red flag'. When they are buying a substance considered an ingredient all over town or with an unrealistic frequency that can be a 'red flag'

And in lame men terms how is it done?

My understanding of the Bluelight user agreement is that specifics of drug synthesis is a verboten topic, unless its primarily about making a substance one already has a safer substance. And I'm not even sure about the specifics of that. Listing ingredients to cook is I think against the rules. Describing the process I'm sure is against the rules.
