i am a 25 year old male and i wanted to know if there is a very good cycle for a begginer with anxiety. i am 5 ft8 and weigh 164 pounds. im not sure about my body fat but i would say im around the 19 percent range. i used to work out but only for 6 to 10 months at a time and now i havnt really worked out at all for the past 6 months at all. i wanted to start working out again but i wanted to know if there is a safe and good steroid i can take that will not interfer with my anxiety and help me gain a bit more muscle so i can look better and start using the muscle gains to help burn fat. so can anyone please give me any kind of advice....also i have a hard time gain muscle on normal work outs so i would really like to see results so it can keep me motivated to keep working out and and not use steroids any longer i just need a kick start as stupid as it may sound ive tried many times and always gave up or failed

I agree with what maakshif said.

You should concentrate on Diet/cutting down. Trust me you will be suprised with how much and how quickly you will actually improve your overall look, with a good diet and excersize regime.

You have to really really want it! Get motivated and excited! Whenever you feel like giving up envision yourself in 6 months time Where you have stuck out your training and diet and your looking good! Taking steroids at this point would just be a waste. You need to have a nice strong root system before you start growing!

Just a few tips liquids cut away all soft drink, cordials (and if you can manage alcohol) for 6 weeks and only drink water. This itself will cut a huge amount of calories out of your daily intake.

Also Cut away ALL the junk you just dont need. No Sweets, chocolates fast food burgers ect ect. Sure it taste good but once again its just dead calories that your body simply doesnt need.

It's not easy you have to really really want it, and trust me you'll find after a while you simply wont have cravings for all that shit.

Working with a steroid cycle requires more effort, more commitment, and more sheer focused will than normal training does.

Steroid won't give you motivation, and without motivation you can't gain the benefits (mostly faster recovery) that steroids can potentially provide.

If you're looking for motivation you'd be better off with a prework out formula like jack3d or any other creatine + aakg + caffeine. You'll get the energy boost, the creatine will let your muscles soak up more water and nutrients (you'll look bigger) and the aakg will make your veins pop out a bit (transport nutrients easier) follow up the gym with some lean meats like chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna. If you want to look good eat clean (healthy low fat foods that don't have tons of things in the ingredients list you can't even pronounce) try not to eat in restaurants so much and prepare your own food so you know what's going into it. And find the diet that works for you, some people gain tons of weight from carbs, others from gluten, etc etc, it's all just finding what works for your body type. So in a nutshell...

Eat real foods
Split your portions into smaller meals size of two fists tops
eat 5-6x a day or every 2-3 hours or so
preworkout formula
eat right after a workout get some carbs and protein in
sleep 8+ hours a night (this is when you build muscle)

As for steroids you have to eat a ton more foods, balance your carbs/fats/protein, follow it up with a PCT so you don't have milky boobs and a limp...it's not what you're looking for
