So I have a couple of personal and first hand experiences with this. I haven't heard anyone else talking about this.

The most impressive was definitely my female friend. Me and my Wife stood there and watched her being wracked with pleasure whist trying to move after IVing Mephedrone for the first time. RedRum , shooting heroin is much closer to the body pleasure of an orgasm in comparison to the others.

I way way way disagree RedRum the dop-gasm is just a smirk when compared to the orgazms attained while using combos of meth + alchohol or weed or trazadone. Or Molly plain or the comedown stage of coke , come down of acid, and finally small amounts of bupe. or Mdone with some above combos. This will transport you to a whole new dimension of sex and forget about the pleasure of either seperate but combined is the only way.

I have the final verdict: the only time it literally happens is if you inject enough quality crystal at one time. Everything else a pussy's metaphor.

Yeah, this ^. I very nearly did with a non-breakthrough DMT experience a few months ago.. it felt like extremely good sex and it's hard to have actual sex without thinking about DMT now. Which is a bit weird, admittedly.

However according to your experiences you either have to IV or smoke meth and besides not having the foggiest idea where I'd get meth from in the first place, NOBODY is sticking a needle in me!
...So unfortunately, that particular experience will have to remain firmly in my imagination!
