Hi there,

two years ago, swim has grown some cubensis, dried them and put them into capsules.

Now he wants to know: are they still okay?
He read, that they're ok up to two years.

What could happen in the worst case if he consumes them and they're NOT okay?

Thanks a lot.

I think in the worst case if they are no longer working you just will not trip. It is not like they changed their structure to poison over the years. I've heard of them lasting two years if kept in a cold place so I would say try it and inform us :D

It MAY be possible for some type of organism such as mold to grow in/on the fungus but if they were properly dried then they should be pretty much the same. Other than that I don't think there would be any harmful contaminants. If there is a loss in potency I think it would be negligible.

Yes, they are okay.
We have them around here all the time. 1 capsule supposedly equals half 8th.
They WORK but nothing beats fresh stems and caps.

damn did u hide or forget them haha thats a long time bro but they have found the psiolcybin thousands of years later in some shrooms i think u will be good bro

Thank you for your answers.

I'll give them a try and let you know whether they're as potent as two years ago.
