crystals forming in my syringe

I use 30mg pills that use a glucose derivative binding agent according to my pharmacist. I heat them with 10ml sterile water or a usp saline solution and then filter through .2uf/micron yellow wheel. My question is this: once the solution is allowed to cool for about 30-60 minutes, in the syringe I start notice small particles forming over time. I have taken them out to experiment on the particles to see what they were. Particles seem to be hard crystals that do not melt when reheated, or when placed in water, also they do not crush easily either. I'm somewhat concerned but not sure what to think here. Does anyone get the same thing or have any insight into this phenomenon? I think maybe just a chemical reaction that the body will break down once injected, or are my filters bad possibly?? Is my pharmacist full of crap about the binder? He says safe to inject. I have done lots of research and cannot find any reason for this to happen. Especially after filtering thru .2 micron. Weird huh?

Your pharmacist told you its OK to inject your pills? Is he licensed?

seriously?

more info is needed, but crystals forming is never a good sign and you should be using a new syringe every injection.
