i chief off the chalet (glass smoking pipe) all the time in large quanities all the time and i have never od'd.....honestly u know when it is time to quit when your smoking or using glass. trust me u will know and your body will know when too much is too much and let you know a while before you od. And trust me when u get this feeling you will know and want to stop and not continue on

Ice != meth ...ice is NOT meth, ice is 4-MA...please dont' misuse the term.
I doubt that you could OD from one hit of meth...but if you have a weak heart and you hit the pipe too much, yeah you could OD. Start slow and stop if you heart is beating too fast....you can always do more, so just do a little at first and then see if you need another hit.

Can you OD from methamphetamine? Yes, you can, but death from too much meth usually means you suffered a stroke or a heart attack .. if you're in good health, you would REALLY have to smoke a lot - not likely for a normaly, healthy adult..

If I'm not mistaken ice == 4-mar == 4-methylaminorex == EU4Euh(I think, I've only seen/heard that slang a couple of times)
4-ma is actually 4-methoxyamphetamine which if I'm not mistaken is just the systematic name for paramethoxyamphetamine
