Crushing slow release trams. And can add bupe to the mix?

Good day my fellow bluelighters.

Ok, so I got a hold on 3 extended release 100mg trams plus I got a quarter of an 8mg subutex pill.

I've crushed 1,5 of the trams and have already dosed it by now. I have fairly low tolerance to opiods, so I'm guessing 150mg tramadol should be enough to begin with. Im going to wait an hr or so to see what kinda effect I will get. If it's not good enough I am thinking of adding 0,5mg bupe.

Does anyone here know how trams and bupe interact with each other?
I am also a lil worried that crushed, slow release will hit harder and faster than standard release, am I right or wrong here?

Uh, well I need quick answers, since I've already dosed the trams.

Yeah, they definately hit faster! It took about 40-45minutes. The last time I took standard release trams they took effect at around an hour, hour and a half.

I could've safely taken 200mg... I am going to wait another 45min and then add the bupe.

EDIT: I added the bupe as planned but I also added another 50mg tram. And at around 45 minutes later, I was so high. I got an extreme sence of wellbeing luckily with no respiratory complications plus I wasn't even the slightest nauseous - it was just bliss. It seems to be a very nice combo. Though. If I've taken 0,3-0,5mg more bupe I think I would've overdone it. 200mg tram + 0,5mg bupe really was the maximum amount I could handle in approx. one fix. I just hope the hangover won't be too bad...

haha yeah i know that feeling from when i used to like getting high on tramadol.

as you found out the bupe and tramadol are fine to take together.
