Anyone else a member (or just do the workouts)? I'm not a member of a crossfit gym, but I've been doing the workouts from their website pretty regularly, and I really love it. I don't always do exactly what they say, as I like to keep a bit more power-lifting in my routine than they do, but I've gotten some great ideas for workouts, and have found some new ways to really challenge myself.

I did a few free training sessions of this back when I had a gym membership and I LOVED it. It kicked my ass. I enjoy the fact that you are working your muscles in a much more dynamic way, which I think improves your overall fitness level. Plus you work muscles you didn't know you had lol... I was sore in the weirdest places. (thats what she said) I think variety is key when it comes to workouts, so I love this. I have added a few of the moves I learned in those training sessions to my general workout routine. Thanks for the link, I am totally interested in doing more Crossfit!

Fight gone bad FTW!

I can't get enough of crossfit, been doing it for about a year, so addictive! I love the high intensity and how every day is different. Crazy stuff, get into it!!

holy shit that looks rough. i think my favorite WOD is as many [250m row + 25 push-ups] as you can do in 20 min. that and fran.

still trying to learn muscle-ups and hand-stand walking though.

Crazy work out! They normally do 5 x 5min rounds but 3 rounds is all u need throw up styles are a definite haha

Yeah man, as many rounds as possible are pretty good, just go hard.
If you like that kind of style give Tabata a go. It's interval training. 8 intervals of 20 secs work 10 secs rest. Put whatever you want in there, row, air squat, sit up, pull up, push press. 8 intervals on each! Killa!!

I did a free work out last Sat. Eff yes!!! Loved it. Full body soreness for 3 days.

It is expensive but I plan to join next week.
$99/month for 2 classes a week with a 3 month minimum is my plan.
Jump start into Spring!
